Research Associates, Business Consulting
(Salaried, with quarterly incentives)
ExecuQuest is a leading global provider of Search/Research Services, Training in Original Research Methodologies, and Recruitment Consulting. For almost 20 years, corporate staffing executives have depended on our problem-solving expertise to maximize their competitive intelligence in recruiting executive talent. With offices at Four Corners in Phoenix/Baltimore, MD and South Charlotte, NC, our clients include the corporate headquarters of world-renowned companies in the fields of financial services, pharma, television/entertainment, technology, consulting, manufacturing, transportation, and education.
We currently seek individuals for full-time, expansion positions in our Search/Research practice to develop competitive organizational data for Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. and abroad utilizing critical thinking skills and predictive, targeted telephone techniques. Additionally, we seek individuals to recruit and develop passive candidates from our competitive research for presentation to client companies.
Success Criteria:
- Motivated by personal success and accomplishment
- Possess critical thinking skills, supported by intellectual curiosity and sound business judgment
- Possess initiative and an ability to think strategically and creatively
- Very detail-oriented with intermediate-level computer skills (Windows, Excel, Word, internet-based research)
- Possess outstanding telephone presence and superior written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight time constraints and client demands, and
- Process-oriented, tenacious, and results-driven.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing research and organizational mapping data via original telephone identification in a high production environment
- Assessing/recommending additional target companies per research findings
- Developing reports and internet research, and
- Documenting data in report format for review, discussion and delivery to the client.

We also enjoy “summer hours”, adjusting our hours during the week to close at 1 PM on Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
