Conni LaDouceur founded ExecuQuest in 1985 after 5 years with Heidrick & Struggles, Inc. ExecuQuest provides efficient sourcing solutions in all industries and functions, nationwide and abroad, via original telephone identification of qualified individuals and a passion for the hunt. Conni and her experienced research staff utilize a disciplined approach to develop candidates from the definitive target market, penetrating muddy and/or protected waters and encouraging interest in reluctant but qualified prospects.
The collective experience of the Managing Principals of ExecuQuest includes demonstrated expertise and execution of research at Heidrick & Struggles, Inc. in New York and Greenwich, CT, corporate recruiting experience at all levels and across all functional disciplines, design and leadership of a large, internal corporate sourcing function, and delivery of SEARCH/RESEARCH SUCCESS™by ExecuQuest Learning Workshop to hundreds of participants across multiple industries in the United States and Europe.
