Enabling Researchers to Successfully Complete a Search 
The
SEARCH/RESEARCH SUCCESS™by ExecuQuest Learning Workshop is based on the philosophy that the process of preparing a search strategy and developing targeted research and qualified candidates is effective for all industries and functions, at all levels. This workshop enables researchers to establish the game plan and timeline to expediently provide the client with actionable market data to successfully complete a search.
Although ExecuQuest's methodology requires more effort in the initial stages of the search assignment, this strategic groundwork assures that the right individuals are identified from the best targeted companies, that interviews are fair and effective, that candidates are evaluated objectively, and the best possible selection results.
At the completion of the Learning Workshop, researchers/recruiters will be able to effectively:
- Develop a strategic search/research plan for approval by the client;
- Interpret the position description by objective qualifications to know what specific questions, and in what order, to ask in the identification process;
- Identify the best targeted companies from directories, periodicals, associations and industry sources for approval by the client;
- Accurately identify, in organization chart form, qualified individuals from the appropriate groups, obtaining value-added information such as number or reports, tenure in role and/or predecessor;
